Overview

Startup Leadership Responsibility: This position is a key member of the core start‑up leadership team and will play a pivotal role in establishing the AMO facility through to full operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain an independent Quality Assurance Compliance Monitoring System. Ensure all activities comply with the MOE and regulatory requirements. Provide compliance reports to the Accountable Manager. Maintain independence from production functions.
• Audit : Develop and manage an annual audit programme. Conduct system, process and product audits. Present audit findings and improvement recommendations. Ensure timely closure of findings.
• Non‑Conformance & CAPA : Initiate corrective and preventive actions. Conduct root cause analysis and verify effectiveness.
