**We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager** to lead quality operations within our aerospace and precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the Quality team, maintaining **AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance** , driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and develop the Quality team and daily QA operations.
+ Manage audits, inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
+ Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
+ Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer specifications.
+ Review blueprints, GD&T, and aerospace drawings.
+ Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
