A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:


+ Coordinating and balancing department priorities with the various departments at plant locations.

+ Overseeing ongoing training of all department employees and ensuring team members are sufficiently cross-trained.

+ Providing support as needed for all manufacturing engineers, machine operators, supervisors, planners, etc.

+ Performing audits around the plant.

+ Creating work requests as needed to address department equipment issues.

+ Working with outside vendors to maintain calib...
