SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for planning, directing and managing the quality activities of multiple manufacturing sites in support of the corporate quality objectives. More specifically, the Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for identifying the customer requirements and developing the procedures, processes and resources necessary to translate our customer requirements into processes that produce product that meet or exceed customer expectations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Develop, implement and maintain internal processes and metrics that are aligned to meet the customer requirement and competitive advantage.

2. Strengthen the current quality systems and determine the appropriate infrastructure and resources required to achieve the business objective.
