We are recruiting for a permanent Quality Manager to join a well established engineering and manufacturing business specialising in the production of high precision components and assemblies. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the entire Quality Management System whilst working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This is a hands on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being present on the shop floor, solving problems, improving processes and developing a strong quality culture.
