Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Quality Management Systems, product & process quality, customer quality, and supplier quality for Dana TM4 electric drive system operations. Ensures compliance to global standards and supports continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure end‑to‑end QMS compliance as per IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
2. Support quality systems for e‑motors, inverters, gearboxes, stator/rotor assemblies, machining & e‑drive assembly.
3. Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and core tool deployment for NPD & engineering changes.
4. Drive internal/process audits, VDA 6.3, customer audits & certification audits; ensure timely CAPA closure.
