Lead transformative quality initiatives in a spirited marine instrumentation organization across Victoria, Halifax, and Plymouth. Aim for a unified, data-driven quality function.
As the Quality Manager, your leadership will oversee quality practices across key business units, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformance issues. You will drive standardization and collaborate with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve Severity 1 non-conformance issues
• Develop and maintain effective quality systems and data capture
• Standardize quality procedures across all business units
• Facilitate monthly quality review meetings for strategic insights
• Lead cross-BU quality initiatives and enhancement projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality
• At least 7 years in quality engineering or systems roles
