Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for manufacturing operations.
Take ownership of the company Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
Provide strong technical support and hands‑on troubleshooting for welding processes, weld quality defects, and fabrication‑related quality issues.
Review and improve welding procedures, inspection standards, quality control plans, and work instructions.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for welding and manufacturing quality issues.
Work closely with Assembly & Installation Production, Engineering, Fabrication, and Project teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
