Job Description

•Lead teams in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices.
• Manage, Lead and mentor quality assurance technicians fulfilling internal and external customer demands related to the QA process.
• Participate on new product launch teams (NPD) with Advanced Quality Planning; FMEAs and PPAPs.
• Lead the investigation, resolution and prevention of customer complaints and internal non conformance's.
• Establish and drive effective corrective action plans.
• Lead in implementation of quality assurance plans, process controls, and CAPA systems designed to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
