**What you’ll do:**

+ Manage plant Quality, build an effective team to drive for manufacturing excellence.
+ Lead the quality assurance.
+ Set the quality strategy, lead the development and execution of quality system, improve product quality and drive customer satisfaction.
+ Additional take overall leadership in implement quality management system; continually improve customer satisfaction and quality performance; drive to develop functional competency in the Wuxi plant.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree and above with major in Engineering or related majors.
