• Support workflows and continuous improvement initiatives across South America.
• Manage productivity program (PUMA Web) tracking, reporting and targets.
• Coordinate monthly KPIs, including BSC updates and monitor action plans.
• Control non‑conformities and lead RCA follow‑up for BUOV, S&R, and warranty topics.
