The group you’ll be a part of As a Global Operations Quality Program Manager, you will be part of the Global Operations Quality team and report directly to the GOps Quality Director in Asia region.
The impact you’ll make The incumbent will work together with our Account Teams to help Lam earn greater Customer Trust by ensuring our customers are heard and their quality concerns are addressed.
What You’ll Do - Help build collaborative partnerships with the customer account teams
- Engage with account team to understand the voice of the customer
- Participate in Quarterly Operations Review. Aligning with GOps Quality and Global Quality on regional metrics.
- If GOps executives are joining a customer executive review or meeting, make sure they are fully prepared and informed as needed
- Educate and clarify the GOps Quality messaging
