Job Description

The Quality Shop Launch Manager prepares, develops, and guides the Plant Quality Team in mastering new vehicle programs and achieving all Quality Launch Targets. The role ensures robust convergence of product quality during industrialization, drives readiness of Quality Shop processes and standards, and leads the transfer of activities to the Mass Production Quality Shop Team.

• Launch Preparation & Quality Convergence
  • Lead Quality Convergence activities throughout the industrial phase.
  • Facilitate Lessons Learned integration early in the co-design phase.
  • Coordinate with Program Quality teams and Engineering to identify issues early and drive resolution.
