**Position Summary**

+ Complete assigned audits – calls or PGs for Specialty Pharmacy and records in the appropriate database (i.e., Verint, ProNet, MS Teams).
+ Collects and analyzes data related to healthcare quality measures, patient outcomes, and key performance indicators, in order to ensure work area targets and objectives are being consistently met.
