Quality Supervisor located in Juarez Automotive, reporting to the Quality Manager. The role supports product teams and contributes to growth through quality control and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Assign employees to maximize quality control objectives. Prepare Statistical Process Control charts. Analyze data and implement corrective actions. Review quality reports. Perform ESD and ISO audits. Ensure procedures are followed and develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation. Provide immediate supervision to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals. Qualifications Advanced English language proficiency. Bachelor's degree. Experience in harnesses (desirable). Frequently interacts with outside customers, vendors, and functional peer groups at various management levels, serving as a liaison between customer and the division regarding quality issues.
