Position Overview

Shaw is hiring a Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for QC Lab associates and equipment across all shifts. This role works closely with management and plant personnel to ensure all quality requirements and objectives related to physical properties of the final product are met.Essential Duties:
+ Perform all job duties using safe work methods.
+ Work normally scheduled days adhering to starting and stopping times. Work overtime as required.
+ Resolve associate complaints/issues
+ Ensure all associates are being treated fairly and consistently
+ Use Statistical Process Control software and tools
+ Use Lean/Six Sigma Tools for continuous improvement
+ Assist with resolving non-conformances and sorting affected materials
+ Assist lab & operations personnel with defect identification and root cause analysis
