**This is a salaried position that will report directly to the Quality Manager & will have direct reports.**

**Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (Requirements: flexibility & ability to cover all shifts as needed; weekend on call/coverage)**

**Job Purpose**

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily execution of the facility's Quality Management System through direct supervision of Quality Technicians, verification of quality processes, food safety compliance, and production support. This position provides hands-on leadership on the production floor while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

The Quality Supervisor reports directly to the Quality Manager and serves as the designated backup SQF Practitioner.
