About the team The Quality team is responsible for maintaining plant quality management and related activities at the ZF Gainesville facility. 

What you can look forward to as a Plant Quality Engineer II:

• Maintain plant 3rd party certification to IATF standard by working with certification registrar, scheduling/coordinating the annual audit and all related corrective action follow-up
• Maintain qualifications as IATF Lead Auditor
• Maintain qualifications as VDA 6.3 lead Auditor
• Local process expert in ISO /IATF and applicable Customer Specific Requirements
• Lead 8D problem solving team
• Knowledgeable in AIAG Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plans)
• Coordinate completion of internal system audit using SAP ZAMS system, track to closure of all related corrective actions.
