QUALITY SYSTEMS & TOOLS INTERNSHIP (6 months, 100%)

To strengthen our Integrated Management System (IMS) department, we are looking for a Quality Systems & Tools Intern for a duration of 6 months, based at our Headquarters in Prilly.

The Quality Systems & Tools Intern will report to the Global IMS Lead and will contribute to the effective use of our Quality System tools by providing user support, assisting with administrative and coordination activities, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day management of systems and documentation.

ROLE

• Contribute to the proper use of Quality System tools (BPA, OpenText, iGrafx)
• Provide IMS team support for Quality System tools, including troubleshooting, follow‑up of reported issues, and coordination of related administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems
