Job Responsibilities
Elimination of waste
Ensure QCB/TQM boards are adequately updated.
Manage quarantine store stock with the goal to reduce its inventory as per the QCB/TQM boards daily.
Ensure all quality documentation is present on the line, implemented and operational staff are trained.
Administration of dispositions & deviations.
Conduct sort and prevent parts outflow to Customer where quality concerns are raised.
Isolate and identify all defective and incomplete parts and store in Quarantine area.
Ensure all 1ST OFF/IN Processes and Last OFF processes are conducted to the required standard, are timeously signed off and available on the line.
Ensure all calibration is up to date.
Quality
Ensure Quality Standards are defined, displayed, and adhered too.
Supplier quality management & customer quality support.
Conduct in process checks in accordance to defined standards.
