Responsibilities:
Collect samples of raw materials used on the production line (flake blends according to production recipes), fibers, and nonwoven materials.Perform quality testing on samples, including moisture content, viscosity, fiber analysis, and specific nonwoven tests (tensile strength, mass distribution, thickness, heat deformation, dimensional stability, nail tear resistance, etc.).Enter analysis data and test results into the dedicated project database.Identify, label, and archive samples in accordance with established procedures.Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable standards within a continuous improvement framework.Qualifications:
