Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Technician

Job Description

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for testing finished products during and after production, as well as conducting warehouse inspections. You will utilize your knowledge of manufacturing specifications, product testing equipment, and equipment calibration to ensure quality standards are met. The role requires proficiency in reading close tolerance gauges, meters, and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Facer sampling
• Perform various types of testing, including foam core density, dimensional stability, cold box, facer peel (adhesion)
• Conduct attribute testing for aesthetics
• Input data into the quality assurance database/SAP and SAPI system
• Conduct factor tests and warehouse unit inspections
• Write up and utilize T3P's
• Maintain housekeeping of the plant inside and out
