Position Overview

Position Objective:

Help ensure hard surface product quality through testing, inspection, verification and effective communication of findings. Maintaining an effective system whereby resolution to quality problems and customer complaints is focused on identification and removal of root cause. This position reports to the Corporate Quality Q.C. Manager.

Shift: 6:45 am - 2:45 pm


Essential Duties:

+ (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility):

+ Be able to prioritize workloads from multiple areas in a fast paced environment. Aid TMs and Sales Reps to resolve quality issues.

+ Initiate vendor claims for defective material.
