SUMMARY

Sets up and operates measuring and test equipment to perform quality assurance in-process, final tests, and inspections on customer parts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for maintaining the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System.

Follow standard operating procedures and/or work instructions.

Perform quality assurance pre-inspection, in-process checks, and final inspections per department SOP.

Reading/understanding blueprints/drawings for machine part specifications.

Performs tests and measurements, the accuracy required for appropriate inspection and measuring of machine parts.

Report and document internal and external non-conformances.

Document QA test/inspection findings; file in accordance to department procedures and supply to customers as requested.
