* Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and technical drawings. Experience with Geometric dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is required.

* Excellent organizational, verbal, facilitation, listening, and written communication skills.

* Working knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers and microscopes.

* Experience assisting with process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) is a plus.
