Quant AI Engineer — New Systematic Trading Venture (DIFC, Dubai)

Who we are. We are an established debt and M&A advisory boutique with offices in London and Dubai (DIFC). After years advising institutional clients on complex transactions, we are launching a new venture: an AI-native systematic trading operation, built from the ground up around LLMs and machine learning — applied to research, signal generation, and execution.

This is not a corporate innovation lab. It’s a founding team of three: the CEO, one AI engineer, and you.

The role. You’ll be a founding Quant AI Engineer with end-to-end ownership of the quantitative stack — from research and backtesting to production deployment. Working directly with the CEO means your work goes from idea to live capital in days, not quarters.
