Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Quantitative Trader to manage and enhance systematic trading strategies in a live market environment. This role focuses on execution, optimization, and disciplined risk management within highly liquid instruments.
Key Responsibilities - Execute systematic trading strategies on live accounts, either independently or within defined frameworks.
- Adapt or improve existing models, and contribute new ideas where applicable.
- Conduct backtesting and performance validation using trading platforms or programming tools.
- Monitor live performance and adjust parameters in line with risk guidelines.
- Apply structured risk controls during periods of heightened market volatility.
- Review trading outcomes regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.
