Position Overview

            Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction 
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor  
Working Location: Tampines West 
Working Hours: 5.5 working days; Monday-Friday (9AM – 6PM); Saturday, (9AM – 1PM) 
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
Key Responsibilities Lead the tendering process from start to submission. 
Prepare and compile tender documents. 
Submit quotations and tender proposals on time. 
Prepare competitive construction cost estimates. 
Monitor and track monthly project progress. 
Process claims and manages contractual payments. 
Negotiate with and appoint subcontractors. 
Attend site meetings and assist supervisors with letters, reports, and contract-related matters.
