Position Overview

            Execute day to day quantity calculations based on the qualitative input of the project surveyors. 
Prepare the weekly and monthly quantities and measurements and consolidate the data in reports for the Senior Quantity Surveyor. 
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. 
Assist in Rate Analysis and pricing of tenders. 
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project/commercial work. 
Quantity take-offs base on contracts drawings and specifications. 
Identify opportunities for cost reduction. 
Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. 
Perform value management and cost control. 
Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. 
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders 
Allocate work to subcontractors. 
Assist on contracts variations and claims quantification and costings.
