Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Abu Dhabi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing costs for engineering and construction projects, conducting cost planning and control, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure project financial goals are achieved and alignment with project requirements is maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in steel industrial structures; UAE experience is strongly preferred
• Strong background in factories, warehouses, powerplants or industrial facilities
• Strong exposure to industrial construction/structural steel projects is a high advantage
• Membership with RICS or equivalent is highly desired
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Primavera, AutoCAD and cost control systems
