This includes monitoring project budgets, verifying site measurements, and ensuring cost-effective usage of materials. The role plays a key part in ensuring profitability and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Cost Monitoring
- Track actual site material consumption and labour deployment.
- Visit sites to verify measurements and reconcile quantities with production and dispatch logs.
- Compare planned vs. actual costs and prepare variance reports with corrective action plans.
