Job description

. To assist in the preparation of tender documents, quotation documents as instructed by Project Manager

. Assist to call to supplier and sub-contractor to provide costing for tender submission

. Prepare PO for project sub-contractor,

. Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements have complied.

. Familiar and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents

. Able to provide Budget cost or estimates as per instruction

. Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation

. Control of all documentation produced by project engineering teams

. Able to look for solutions regarding any technical problems during the tender

. Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues
