About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial performance of our contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. You will take ownership of cost control, budget management, valuations, and final accounts, providing accurate financial oversight throughout the contract lifecycle.

Working closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will manage subcontractor accounts from procurement through to payment certification, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual and financial controls.
