Position: Quantity Surveyor – UAE

Location: UAE wide. Travel may be required outside of UAE from time to time.

Workplace: Compass Dubai Office or any client office as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the development of the design against an approved cost plan/budget and assist in tracking changes or discrepancies.
• Provide detailed take‑off quantities from drawings and prepare comprehensive bills of quantities in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, pre‑tender estimates, tender review and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of a pricing database.
