We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – Villa Projects

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team for the execution of high-end villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating subcontractor claims, handling variations, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control.
• Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
