Position Overview

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs) from drawings, specifications, and tender documents using Plan Swift /AUTOCAD .
  • Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations.
  • Reading tender addendums / revised drawings and revise quantities accordingly.
  • Knowledge of taking rebar/reinforcement quantities.
  • Understating of scope of works and take quantities.
  • Highlighting discrepancies between drawings & BOQ and specification to Sr. QS to prepare Request for Information (RFI)
  • Quantity take-off for project like Residential buildings (low & high rise) /cluster of villas /hotels etc.
  • PSOT-Contract.
  • Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations.
  • Quantity take-off (actual) for placing orders.
