The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The role requires ensuring projects are completed within the agreed budget, quality, and timeframe, while maintaining compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts at all project stages (concept, design, tender, and construction).
- Advise on cost implications of design changes and value engineering options.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and specifications in line with project requirements.
