We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fitout projects across F&B outlets, luxury villas and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cost management, procurement, materials knowledge and the ability to provide accurate quantity take-offs and project cost controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and budgets for interior fitout projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, material specifications and design documents.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost variance reports.

• Manage procurement activities including material sourcing, comparison sheets, supplier negotiations and purchase recommendations.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
• Maintain updated databases of suppliers, subcontractors and material rates.
