Job Responsibilities Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and vendors during tendering and procurement stages Prepare quantity take-offs, costing summaries, subcontract documents, and procurement schedules Support contract negotiations and subcontract awards with project and contract management teams Prepare payment claims, valuation documents, payment certificates, and maintain records for variations and project costs Manage procurement activities, material price updates, and project documentation for assigned projects Job Requirements Min degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment Knowledge of quantity take-off, tendering, procurement, subcontract administration, and project costing Good organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage project records and coordination tasks Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click '
