Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Lead Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor looking for a role with genuine ownership, visibility and progression?

This is a standout opportunity to join a growing fire protection and property services branch delivering reactive works, planned contracts and project-led schemes across East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties.

The branch has already achieved strong growth, with turnover of around £9.4m last year and expected to exceed £10m this year. You will step into a key senior commercial role, taking ownership of commercial performance across multiple workstreams while working closely with operational teams and senior management.
