We are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, delivering a range of social housing refurbishment and regeneration schemes across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established contractor on projects that make a real difference to communities, including planned maintenance, retrofit, decarbonisation, and wider regeneration works.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
