Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders
Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management’s direction
Attend meetings/ site meetings
Work closely with teammates
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous
Good communication and negotiation skills
Pro‑active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building
Minimum 1 years of working experience in local Building industry
