Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / NSR Biller (Reactive Maintenance)

Location: Leeds University Campus (Fully Site-Based)

Day Rate: £350 – £420 per day (Inside IR35 / Umbrella)

Contract Type: 6–9 Month Contract (With a clear pathway to permanent staff status)

Key Skills Required: National Schedule of Rates (NSR), Measured Term Contracts (MTC), Reactive Repairs
