An established civil engineering contractor with a strong presence across the North East is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support its growing portfolio of residential groundworks projects. The Role You will be commercially responsible for a number of residential development schemes, working closely with site and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
