Position Overview

            Responsibilities  In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, and budgets. 
Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims. 
Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. 
Responsible for assisting in contract negotiation and administration. 
In charge of tracking project costs and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. 
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters. 
 Requirements  Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Quantity Surveying or related field. 
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works. 
Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.
