Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities  Responsibilities  Administer contracts and manage project documentation. 
Prepare take-offs and pre-tender estimates. 
Prepare tender documents and source quotations. 
Conduct tender exercises, evaluate bids, and award contracts. 
Liaise with Procurement team. 
Handle claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlement. 
Coordinate and support project team activities. 
Perform other assigned duties. 
 Requirements  Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred. 
At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 
Proficient in interpreting drawings. 
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Team player, able to meet tight deadlines. 
High initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
