Job Description - Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks and contract issues to arrive at final cost
- Plan and advise management on contractual matters, progress payments, variation claims with subcontractor and client till end of contract
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quality requirements
- Ability to identify, understand and take off for Aluminium and Curtain Wall
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
