Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join their growing division. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading commercial role across a diverse portfolio of rail projects, working within specialist sectors including Civils, Overhead Line Equipment (OLE), Permanent Way (P-Way), Electrification and Plant (ETE), Energy, and Infrastructure. As the Commercial Lead on assigned projects, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, managing contractual obligations, and supporting the successful delivery of projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £5 million.
