Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed material and labour quantity take‑offs for Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cost changes, and recommend cost‑saving solutions.
Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities.
Manage M&E contracts, handle variation orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
