About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
- Monitor and manage project expenses and contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize costs.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Track project progress and provide financial reports.
